Jimmy McCullough - a local represenative of wythenshawe

My name is Jimmy McCullough and I would like to welcome you all to Sharston Local Politics..
The site is mainly a resource for Wythenshawe residents, workers and visitors, but also for anyone with a general interest in Wythenshawe, research, local debate, information, politics, social sciences, local forum, and/or local investment interest into Wythenshawe.
The site itself is A-political or otherwise politically neutral and will not be used for any political broadcast for any political parties. Everyone regardless of political views or persuasions is equally welcome to use this site. I am the Independent Sharston candidate myself, but I invite anyone to join in on any forum debate or leave comments or suggestions or pass on local information or useful links. It is hoped that we can discuss topics and share ideas in a good nature and respect each other, other people and organizations be they political or otherwise.
The idea is to see everyone getting involved, local residents, local political candidates and sitting councilors (from all political parties) so that we can have fairness and positive involvement, but most importantly a platform for local people to discuss, question or hold to account our local representatives’ in a reasonable and respectful manner.
This is a relatively new website it’s not funded whatsoever (except from my wallet) and it will take time to incorporate everything that is needed or wanted to make this an informative and useful local site that is designed to be a local resource in our community. If you would like to help you can email any ideas, suggestions or even local interest stories or events direct to me
, jimuew@yahoo.co.uk or you can use the comment box or the public forum, whichever way is great, thanks.
All the pages will be updated on a regular basis and hopefully you can play a big part in adopting this site as one of your own and either find it useful or maybe help to improve its features or pass on useful info, local photo’s, local history/education or any other links that people can visit and use.
Thank you
Jimmy McCullough
